Q Do you accept credit cards？
A Yes, we accept JCB, VISA, AMEX, UC, Mastercard, Diners, Saison, UFJ and NICOS cards.
Also, we take gift cards.
Q What time is check-in/out?？
A Check-in is anytime after 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
We ask our guests to bring room keys to the front desk when they check-out.
Q Is it OK to check-in late？
A Yes, you can check in after 2:00 pm, however, please inform the front desk if you arrive later than the scheduled time or after midnight.
Q Can I mail my luggage？
A Yes, we can hold your luggage at the front desk. If you need to send it, please send it to the address below.

Q Will you be able to hold my luggage before check-in or after check-out？
A Please talk with the front desk clerk. We can hold your luggage after check-out, but only on that day. We appreciate your understanding.
Q When should I pay？
A Please pay at the front desk when you check-in.
Q From what age do you charge for children？
A We charge children age 2 and under 1,000 yen for facility use, children 5 and under 50% of the normal per person rate, and children from age 6 till Junior High 70% of the adult fee.
Q Can I access the Internet inside the building？
A Yes, please talk to one of our front desk clerks.
Q Do I need to give my room key to the front desk when I go out？
A Yes, we ask all the guests to do so for security reasons.
Q Where is the dining room, and when are the breakfast hours？
A Please go to Restaurant Keyaki on the 1st floor.
We serve breakfast from 7:30am-9:00am.
Q Do you have laundry services？
A Unfortunately, we do not have laundry services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q When does a cancellation fee occur？
A Please contact us as soon as possible when you need to cancel your stay. A cancellation fee will be incurred for any cancellation within 5 days of your reservation.

2-4 days before: 70 % of lodging charges
On lodging day or the day before: 100% of lodging charges
No-show: 100% of lodging charges
Q Can I have dinner at Ryumeikan？
A Yes, we have a Japanese style restaurant, “Keyaki” on the 1st floor.
Weekday dinner hours are 5:00pm to10:00 pm (Last order is by 9:00pm) and weekends (Sat.& Sun.) and national holidays dinner hours are 5:30pm to 8:30pm (Last order is by 7:30pm).

  • Shabu Shabu Dinner Plan

    This package includes a “Shabu Shabu Dinner” and a Japanese style breakfast. Shabu Shabu made from premium domestic beef is said to increase your stamina. This is a deluxe plan and includes two meals.
